Clayton Owens, Regional Director in Kentucky, recently had the opportunity to join Charlie Perry of Hometown Radio Network WHIR to talk about staffing, BelFlex, and his own career in recruitment.

Clayton started his career as a temporary employee and has a unique perspective on the industry. His experience and desire to help people has been a main factor in his career at BelFlex over the past 10 years.
