What companies do you currently work with?

Due to privacy requests, we aren’t always able to disclose the name of the hiring organization on the job listing.

How does BelFlex collect time using timesheets?

BelFlex has multiple ways that we collect time using timesheets. This is specific to each client we work with so we could use a paper timesheet, collet time through a web portal or through a time clock.

Does BelFlex offer holiday pay?

Holiday pay is only offered if the client we are working with offers this. Sometimes BelFlex and the client will work together to provide Holiday Pay based on hours worked.

What systems do I have access to login to when I am an employee with BelFlex?

If you are currently working for BelFlex you can log in to UltiPro to view paystubs and tax info. You can also log in to eStaff365 to complete your onboarding paperwork.

What is the link to complete my onboarding in eStaff or eStaff365?

BelFlex uses eStaff or eStaff365 to complete all electronic onboarding paperwork. You can login using this link eStaff.

What do I do to resign from my job?

If you want to resign from your job call or text your branch/onsite and preferably provide a written 24 hour notice. Work out your last shift and you will be in good standing with BelFlex.

How long does it usually take to get placed on assignment?

You can register online. After completing the online information, call your local office to set up an interview to discuss your registration, as well as current and upcoming job opportunities.

Do I have to complete all the pages for my onboarding?

We do require that you complete all your electronic onboarding before we can place you on a job. We would prefer you complete these prior to setting up an interview.

How often will I get paid?

BelFlex is on a weekly pay schedule and you will be paid every Friday.

Do you hire felons?

We examine these situations case by case and welcome a discussion!

What do I do if the job differs from what I was told?

Call your BelFlex Staffing supervisor to discuss any concerns with your assignment. You’re a valued BelFlex customer, and we will do our best to make things go smoothly for you!

If I work this week, will I get paid this Friday?

No, you would be paid the following Friday after we process payroll.

Who do I call if I am sick or cannot report to work?

Please call your BelFlex office or your onsite manager prior to the start of your work day. Our customer may require a replacement for your position.

What do I do if I am injured on a job?

Take care of yourself first and please contact BelFlex 888-246-6990 as soon as possible. We will initiate a care plan.

My assignment is ending. What do I do to secure a new assignment with BelFlex?

Contact BelFlex immediately when you hear your assignment will be ending. We will look for another assignment for you to start when the current assignment ends.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Please contact your local BelFlex office to refer a friend. We pay you $50 after your friend works 40 hours for BelFlex.

What information will I be given prior to starting an assignment?

We will give you all the information needed, such as what to wear, how to get there, what you will be doing, who to ask for when you get there, and how long we anticipate the assignment will last.

When are W2s ready?

They are always ready as required by law no later than January 31st. Make sure your address is correct with your local office! You can also view your W2 online.

Can you fill out my employment verification form?

Not in our local office. This is handled through the Work Number at 1-800-367-5690. They will be able to help you!

Can I stop my Direct Deposit and receive paper checks again?

You can stop your Direct Deposit but BelFlex does not offer paper checks. We do provide pay cards to every employee if you choose to use that option.

How can I view my Direct Deposit or Pay Stub through UltiPro?

Do I have to bring originals of my IDs?

Yes. The government does not allow us to accept copies.

Does my ID have to be current?

Yes. We are not permitted to accept expired IDs.

Can I use a printout from the Social Security office because I don’t have my card yet?

No. Sorry, but the government is a stickler for this! (It states right on the printout that it is “not to be used for employment purposes.”) We’re not allowed to accept it.

What types of ID should I bring to my interview?

The government requires that you provide identification that establishes both your identity (picture) and your legal authorization to work in the United States. Many people bring a valid driver’s license (identity) and Social Security card (authorization to work), but there are a variety of acceptable options. https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents

How long is my application good for?

We keep your information on file for three years. Once your application expires, you should re-register, then come in to your local BelFlex office for another interview to complete your update.

Do you give advances on payroll?

No. BelFlex pays their employees every Friday via Direct Deposit or Pay Card.

Do I need to register separately at all your locations?

Nope! Once you register with a BelFlex Staffing office, you are in the system with all our locations. If you move, please inform us of your new address and any other changes to your contact information.

Do you provide transportation to work sites?

No. However, some work locations are accessible by bus.

Do I have to provide my Social Security Number on the online application?

You do not have to provide your SS# during the first step of online registration. However you will need to provide during the second step which is our onboarding process. The information is transmitted via secure encryption, and it is kept confidentially in our system.

What type of screening do you require?

Most of our customers require a drug test and background check prior to starting an assignment.

What is your hiring process?

You can register online. After completing the online information, call your local office to set up an interview.

What type of jobs do you offer?

BelFlex specializes in light industrial (warehouses, logistics centers, etc.), clerical, skilled labor, and call center personnel for temporary, temporary-to-direct, and direct-hire job opportunities.

Do you offer benefits?

Yes. Our employees have the opportunity to purchase health, life, dental and short-term disability insurances. We also offer a variety of product discounts to our employees.

Can I view all your open jobs online?

While we do publish many of our jobs, not all are online. Please check in with your local BelFlex office on a weekly basis for new opportunities. To review jobs that are published online, view our job search.

No. We only require your unflagging loyalty to BelFlex!
