BelFlex Promotes Brandon Downing to Regional Vice President

Downing has been with the organization for over 18 years and has held various roles including On-site Manager, Branch Leader and Regional Director. In this new role he’ll continue to partner with a team of five branch managers and three business development managers to find solutions for both existing and potential customers while adding new responsibilities at the corporate level. These include leading the Rapid Response Team, which provides support with organic office openings and acquisitions, branch operations and sales support, client site support, recruiting, and client transitions.

Downing is known by clients and colleagues as a strategic thinker who is always looking for creative ways to solve challenges. He’s had great success in growing BelFlex’s direct hire program, which has been challenging in the current employment marketplace. He’s also contributed to the company’s year-over-year growth by applying creative solutions to complex staffing challenges that ultimately help clients be more successful. Internally, he is known for being consistently available to his team members and providing them with support and leadership without micromanaging.
