Stacy Kleinhenz Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40 List
Kleinhenz recognized for leadership and operations contributions that go beyond her HR responsibilities
Cincinnati, OH – July 30, 2019 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, announced today that Stacy Kleinhenz, Vice President of Human Resources, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 40 Under 40 list. Kleinhenz was recognized for not only transforming BelFlex’s human resources department but working closely with the executive team on critical projects throughout the organization, such as implementing a new, cloud-based HR/payroll tool and revamping all internal compensation plan.
Kleinhenz has 12 years of human resources experience and joined BelFlex in 2012. She was first responsible for building the company’s human resources department by instituting systems and protocols for everything from leave management and paid time off requests to record keeping and employee benefits such as 401Ks and healthcare. She also introduced new business processes and operating platforms that improved internal talent acquisition so that branch managers could focus more on day-to-day operations.
