Pioneer Automotive Technologies, Inc. has increased long-term hourly wages by up to 10% and now offers existing and newly hired contract workers up to 6 earned paid days off!
New hourly pay rates range from $14 – $17.75 per hour based on job title and experience.

BelFlex is hiring for the following contract positions at Pioneer:
- Production pay starts at $14.00 – $17.75/hr
- Warehouse pay starts at $14.00/hr
- Forklift pay starts at $15.75/hr
Workdays are Monday-Friday during first shift hours of 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with possible overtime until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturdays.
