BelFlex Grows Presence in Louisville, KY with PC Staffing Acquisition

This marks the company’s fourth acquisition in 12 months and largest to date

Cincinnati, OH – September 12, 2019 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, has acquired PC Staffing, a provider of temporary staffing, outsourcing and direct hire services. The acquisition also includes PC Staffing’s sister company, PCS Staffing. Both are located in Louisville, Kentucky. This latest acquisition is BelFlex’s largest to date in terms of revenue and brings the company’s total number of acquisitions in the past year to four.

Steve Lancaster, PC Staffing’s owner, will take on the role of customer relationship consultant and Traci Johnson, BelFlex’s current Louisville Branch Manager, will supervise the combined team including four BelFlex and six PC Staffing employees. She’ll be responsible for overseeing operations, managing recruiting and meeting with clients to ensure their staffing needs are being met.
