BelFlex is partnered with a family-owned manufacturer of hydraulic liftgates and a national player in the trucking industry.  Who are looking for a fulltime MIG Welder / Fabricator. 

Pay Rate $22.50-$23 plus attendance incentive 
Direct Hire Opportunity 

The candidate that fills this position will be performing metal fabricating and basic welding on truck liftgates that requires rework and leading liftgate installation teams in our production shop.

Job Requirements
 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in metal fabrication / welding field.
  • Solid understanding of and skilled in the use of acetylene torches, grinders & MIG Welders.
  • Must be able and willing to work independently and be self motivated.
  • Ability to read & follow blueprints and to troubleshoot.
  • Willingness and possess the physical ability to “work on your feet” for an 8 hour workday in a non climate controlled environment.
  • Willingness to follow safe work practices

Pluses
 
  • Basic understanding of Electrical and Hydraulic Systems
  • Prior experience working on or with heavy industrial equipment
  • PIT Certification in Forklift Operation
  • Military experience
