The Production Supervisor will supervise 2-20 employees and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in operating a variety of machines or processes by performing the following duties. Responsibilities of this position include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving personnel and production problems.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two ( 2) years of Direct supervisory experience
- Batch process manufacturing and scheduling experience a plus
- Must have experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Pay Rate: Salary $60,0000 to 65,000 a year
