BelFlex Staffing Network is seeking Machine Operators for a distribution company in Mayflower, AR. Join our team and take on an active role, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery in an efficient and productive environment.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setup, loading, and operating machinery, making sure everything runs seamlessly throughout the production process. You’ll work 8-hour shifts with breaks, ensuring the machine performs at its best.

 

Details:

• Clean work environment
• Shifts Available:
  • 4 PM – 12:15 AM
  • 12 AM – 8:15 AM
  • 8 AM – 4:15 PM
• Pay: $13/hour
• 5 days a week with weekends required when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Machine operator experience preferred
• Must pass a drug test
• Background check required
