The candidate that fills this position will be working directly with our customers to diagnose and resolve liftgate problems that are occurring in the field. The successful candidate for this position should possess extensive knowledge of liftgate operation and have the ability to provide superior customer service and training using highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range $65k-$70K
Job Requirements
- Extensive nationwide travel (75+%)
- Extensive knowledge of liftgate operation and of electrical / hydraulic systems.
- Ability and willingness to train service technicians on the operation, servicing, and maintenance of our liftgate products.
- Perform regular fleet inspections as directed and report / review inspection findings with the customer and the regional/national sales manager.
- Ability to work with customers to help diagnose liftgate problems and deliver cost effective solutions over the phone or via text/e-mail
- Assist our videographer in creating and producing training and marketing videos
- Produce SOP’s that describe and illustrate how common maintenance and repairs should be performed.
- Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and forge lasting relationships with our customers.
- Inspect returned parts to determine the legitimacy of the warranty claim and to assess the part’s suitability for potential resale.
- Ability to work in concert with Engineering to improve and refine product design and installation techniques to improve product quality and enhance the customer experience.
Pluses

- Knowledge of the use and operation of ZOHO CRM software
- Ability to be conversant in Spanish
