BelFlex to Host Drive-Thru Job Fair for Little Rock Area Jobs
Interviews will take place in Caterpillar parking lot on Saturday, January 23, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Little Rock, AR – January 19, 2021 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, will host a drive-thru job fair on Saturday, January 23, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Interviews will take place in the parking lot of the Caterpillar facility located at 9201 Faulkner Lake Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72117. Job seekers will be directed to drive up to a designated area where they will remain in their cars as BelFlex recruiters conduct a brief registration and screening process. To stay in compliance with local and federal guidelines, BelFlex is requesting candidates wear a face covering for the interview. They should also bring a resume.

BelFlex is hiring for over 70 positions with starting dates as soon as February 1, 2021, including warehouse associates at $13.00 an hour for the second shift and mechanical assemblers at $15.00 an hour for the first shift. BelFlex offers benefits, up to 40 hours of paid time off, and overtime during peak periods. The ideal candidate for the mechanical assembler positions should have a background in engineering, electrical assembly or mechanics and BelFlex will conduct paid training as needed. Other qualifications and requirements for all positions include:
- Pass a background check
- Possess mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Be able to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to 10 hours)
- Have troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
