BelFlex Adds Four Leadership Positions in Ohio, Arkansas & Mississippi
New hires support company as it grows business in the Midwest and Southeast
Cincinnati, OH, August 23, 2017 – BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, announces the addition of four industry professionals to its management team. The positions were created to support BelFlex’s growth in the Midwest and Southeast. The new hires include Business Development Managers Jill Ackermann, Misti Barnett, and Mary Wasson and Branch Manager Kelli Hanna.

Meet BelFlex’s New Leaders
Jill Ackermann joins BelFlex as a Business Development Manager in the Columbus, Ohio area. From the company’s recently opened Reynoldsburg location, she will supervise a team of employees, provide strategic counsel and customer service to current clients, and expand the client base. Prior to BelFlex, Ackermann worked in business-to-business and consumer sales management. Says Ackermann, “I was impressed with BelFlex’s culture of commitment and camaraderie from day one. In just a few short months we are already seeing the rewards of our recent efforts to quickly grow the Columbus market.”
Misti Barnett’s career spans 18 years and includes sales experience across many different product lines in both business and consumer capacities. As the new Business Development Manager for both Premier Staffing, a BelFlex company in Little Rock, Arkansas and the upcoming BelFlex office in Conway, Arkansas, Barnett is drawing on her diverse experience to grow the firm’s clerical and light industrial staffing presence. “I was attracted to the company’s unique culture and the commitment of the executive team to the success of its employees,” comments Barnett. “I’m excited for the opportunity to help strengthen such a highly regarded and trusted staffing firm.”
Mary Wasson came to Belflex from the transportation and logistics industry where she worked in Branch Management and Area Management. Her new role as Business Development Manager for the Jackson, Mississippi area is served well by her outstanding track record in office expansion, revenue generation and relationship building. “Everyone I have met at BelFlex is energized around finding new and better ways to serve the marketplace,” remarks Wasson. “I continue to be amazed by the caliber and talent of the people who work here and the variety of skill sets they bring to the table.”
Kelli Hanna brings over 19 years of experience in the staffing industry to her new role as Branch Manager in the Fairfield, Ohio location. Her customer-centric approach and ability to collaborate with local businesses, educators and community leaders have been key to her success in bringing skilled candidates in the door. “I am passionate about the ongoing value staffing professionals bring to their clients,” says Hanna. “My priority is to become a true partner by building relationships and connections with my clients so we can find long-term solutions to virtually any staffing challenge.”
