Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel components for construction projects, ensuring they meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Job Details and Duties
- $18-20 per hour depending on experience
- Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
- Fabrication & Welding: Cut, shape, and assemble steel components based on blueprints and specifications.
- Welding: Perform various types of welding (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on structural steel to create strong, durable joints.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate steel parts accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain welding machines, cutting tools, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for compliance with industry standards and project specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Certification in welding (AWS, CWB) is preferred, but not required
- May be subject to background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
