Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Must be able to train on day shift)

About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced Warper/Weaving Machine Operators for a leading textile manufacturer in Kernersville, NC. If you have 2-3 years of textile machine operator experience, this is your chance to apply your skills in a growing company!

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate warping and weaving machines to ensure smooth production
  • Load/unload warp beams and set up machines for operation
  • Monitor fabric quality, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform pattern changes and verify machine efficiency during operation
  • Maintain production records and ensure adherence to work instructions

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must have 2-3 years of textile machine operator experience (warping, weaving, or similar roles)
  • Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills & ability to read a ruler (math test required)
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to site access requirements)
