Warehouse Manager
 Location: North Little Rock, AR
 Job Type: Full-time , Temp-to-perm , possible Direct Hire
 Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory accuracy, equipment operations, and team leadership. This is a working manager role—you will not only lead a team but also actively participate in day-to-day warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, digital printers) and train staff on proper use.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards; maintain and update training logs.

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 6 warehouse employees, fostering accountability and teamwork.

• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and set priorities to ensure shipments are processed and shipped same-day.

• Utilize warehouse management systems and software tools to track workflows and productivity.

• Promote a positive, “can-do, will-do” team culture by leading from the front.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management (required).

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience.

• Forklift certification required; ability to train others on safe equipment use.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance.

• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and computer applications.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a warehouse with variable temperatures.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Working Conditions

• Physical role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

• The warehouse environment is subject to seasonal temperature changes.

• Hands-on leadership—must be comfortable performing warehouse tasks alongside staff.
