Picking and Packing

We are hiring for a premier logistics company in the Jeffersonville area!

Picking and Packing Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.50 to $19.50 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Various shifts available
  • We currently have 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift all open as well as weekend days & nights available as well!
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards and client requirements.
  • Use handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect products for quality, damages, or discrepancies before packing and shipping.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals while following all safety and compliance guidelines.

Picking and Packing Qualifications:

  • Willing to follow the dress code that consists of black pants or shorts, closed toed shoes, and a plain grey shirt
  • Able to stoop, squat, and bend
  • Comfortable walking long distances during your shift
  • Able to start immediately and willing to work the schedule
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
