BelFlex Staffing is excited to partner with a leading distribution company in Maumelle, AR! We’re looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join the Rework Services team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and want a chance to grow into a permanent role, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Unload trailers with a variety of products

  • Repackage and relabel goods to meet quality standards

  • Safely move products with manual pallet jacks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional shift changes with prior notice

  • Pay Rate: $13.00/hour | Paid Weekly

  • Environment: Clean, well-organized, safety-first facility

  • Type: Temporary with potential for temp-to-perm hire within the company

What We’re Looking For:

  • Steel-toe shoes are required daily

  • Ability to pass a background check & drug screen

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
