This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day functions by managing communications, organizing supplies and equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Description:

Receive and distribute incoming calls, emails, and mail in a timely and professional manner.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and functioning; coordinate repairs or service as needed.

Support administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.

Perform general customer service duties to support internal and external clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
