BelFlex Staffing is hiring experienced Wood Veneer Splicer and Trimmer Operators for a great company in Jeffersonville, IN! This company offers amazing benefits and competitive pay!

Pay: $20-$24 per hour based on experience

Schedule:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
 Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:30pm

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

The Veneer Splicer is required to:

Have several years of experience working with veneer
Have strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate with team members
Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
Install, position, and move veneer materials and manipulate bundles of veneer
Ability to detect and assess problems, and identify issues with veneer quality
Tend and operate the splicing machine regulating heat, pressure of rollers, and conveyer speed according to thickness of veneer sheets to be processed.
Control and direct processes to ensure proper cut and quality of the veneer
Asses the value, importance, and quality of each specie of veneer, properly understanding each grade and matching
