We’ re hiring a Technical ERP Administrator in the Clayton area  who excels in a  fast paced environment!
FT 8AM-5PM M -F , $20 /HR

You’ll be working in an environment where answers aren’t always obvious, but someone must find them. It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked in electrical, solar, manufacturing, or none of the above. What matters is that you’re the kind of person who figures stuff out, asks good questions, and dares to learn.  We feel that capability is worth 10 times its weight in experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Triage incoming customer support requests and determine urgency, category, and next steps
  • Identify product configurations based on job numbers, serial numbers, or vague descriptions
  • Coordinate spare parts orders, warranty replacements, and retrofit logistics
  • Draft clear, professional email responses and handle follow-through until resolution
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Escalate complex cases when appropriate, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
  • Enter and track support cases using ERP software, Microsoft Planner and internal tools
  • Analyze recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
  • Use tools like Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and ERP software to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and relentless curiosity
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfort navigating pressure, ambiguity, and shifting priorities without freezing up or passing the buck.
  • Experience juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner)
  • Bonus: Experience with ERP systems (we use Global Shop Solutions)
  • Extra Bonus: Technical or manufacturing background — but attitude matters more
