We are hiring near North College Hill.

Surface Grinder
Pay: $15 – $18 depending on Skills and experience.
1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday
2nd shift: 3:30pm – 2am Monday – Thursday

Must have knowledge of Browne& Sharpe, and Harig Surface Grinders. Responsible for complete set-up and operation of machine at normal and high speeds. Responsible for changing wheels (Standard and High Speed), attaching High–speed Spindle, and dressing contours, radii, and angles on wheels as required. Must be capable of reading prints and manufacturing parts to tolerances as specified by Customer and Company standards. Must have experience with various tooling and fixturing such as, Diaform Dresser, Magna Sine, Precision Vice, Last Word Dresser, Grind-All Precision Tool Holder, etc.

Must be able to read prints and use various measuring devices.
Measuring equipment used: Micrometers, Calipers, Scales, Optical Comparator, Dial Indicators, and Gauge Blocks

Responsible for daily clean up and upkeep of equipment, detect and report any faulty equipment. Always have machine locked out and tagged while performing any maintenance.
