Kiosk Support Coordinator

Hours: 8am-4:30pm OR 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday 

Once fully trained, you will be given the opportunity to work remote/hybrid 

Pay Rate: $20.00

JOB DUTIES:
  • Place calls to retailers asking them to restart their kiosks due to power related issues 
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and problems as they arise when kiosks malfunction or hardware needs attention 
  • Monitor kiosks, resolve any issues 
  • Troubleshoot inventory/warehouse issues that arise in the field 

Experience required:
Google/Excel spreadsheets, microsoft word 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
2 plus years of experience in a high volume call center or operations role 
Experience with troubleshooting is a plus
