JOB DUTIES:
- Place calls to retailers asking them to restart their kiosks due to power related issues
- Identify and resolve conflicts and problems as they arise when kiosks malfunction or hardware needs attention
- Monitor kiosks, resolve any issues
- Troubleshoot inventory/warehouse issues that arise in the field
Experience required:
Google/Excel spreadsheets, microsoft word
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
2 plus years of experience in a high volume call center or operations role
Experience with troubleshooting is a plus
