BelFlex Staffing Network is now hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a distribution warehouse on the West Side of Columbus, specializing in outdoor gardening supplies.

? Shift Details:

  • ? Location: West Side Columbus

  • ? Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • ? Overtime: Occasional, as needed

  • ? Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

  • ? Type: Temp-to-Hire

  • ? Work Environment: Small team, warehouse setting

? Job Duties:

  • Operate a stand-up forklift to safely load and unload trucks

  • Move and organize materials in warehouse and staging areas

  • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment

? Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of recent stand-up forklift experience

  • Consistent work history (must be reflected on a resume)

  • Must complete and pass an on-site interview

  • Previous distribution or warehouse experience preferred
