BelFlex has partnered with a local recycling company is looking for dependable employees to bring on full time once they learn the duties

The Benefits in this role as a Sorter are: $13.00 per hour 1st shift 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday Overtime may be required   (During summer months, they start/end an hour earlier)

Temp to Hire (company is NOT looking for short term employees)

Family environment

Will be responsible for the following:

  • Stand in front of conveyor belt entire shift
  • Pull items off moving line as instructed

In this Sorter role, the following requirements must be met:

  • Attention to detail
  • Eye and hand coordination
  • Ability to life up to 20 lbs
  • Standing/walking the entire shift

Previous recent experience in a manufacturing facility
