Showroom Sales Associate – High-End Tile & Design
Location: Fayetteville and Pinehurst
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: Salary + Shared Commission

Join a passionate and collaborative team in a stunning, high-end tile showroom specializing in luxury bathroom and kitchen design. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Showroom Sales Associate who is excited to learn about high-end tile, design trends, and accessories – and help customers bring their dream spaces to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist clients in our impressive showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Learn and become an expert in tile types, installation techniques, accessories, and design applications

  • Guide customers through the selection process with a focus on aesthetics, function, and budget

  • Collaborate with the team on sales efforts — we believe in shared success, not cutthroat competition

  • Help maintain an organized, inspiring showroom space

  • Build long-term customer relationships by offering exceptional service and follow-through

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in interior design, home improvement, or luxury finishes

  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and grow with product knowledge and design expertise

  • Previous retail or design sales experience is a plus, but not required
