 Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Dublin, Ohio 
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour Resume Required

BelFlex Staffing is currently hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a reputable manufacturing client. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong attention to detail and hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of production and compiling data to ensure product quality and reliability meet company standards.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine quality standards

  • Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to inspect parts

  • Measure components, assemblies, and fixtures to confirm they meet required specifications

  • Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures

  • Select products for testing at different stages of production

  • Perform and document dimensional, mechanical, and performance tests

  • Apply statistical quality control techniques and prepare detailed reports

  • Recommend changes to improve product or process quality

  • Conduct destructive and non-destructive testing

  • Accurately input inspection data into internal systems

 Requirements

  • Resume required

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and blueprints

  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen

  • Must pass a background check
