Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Kernersville, NC
Pay: $17.25/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift (4 PM – 12 AM, must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately two weeks)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and follow instructions from the Lab Manager and QA Manager.
  • Test incoming and finished fabrics according to specifications and customer requirements.
  • Accurately report test results within established timelines.
  • Operate and verify Instron equipment and conduct special tests as needed.
  • Notify production staff immediately of any out-of-spec results.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Cross-train in at least one other area to ensure productivity during low volume periods.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must pass a math test.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift boxes (up to 30 lbs).
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Must wear protective equipment as required.
