BelFlex is looking for an experience Quality Assurance Associate in Jeffersonville, IN!

The QA will be in charge of maintaining quality standards by performing inspections on incoming, in process, and finished products. Must enforce compliance with warehouse quality policies. 

Flexible split shift
$23/hr
Temp to Hire

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular in-process and final inspections of corrugated sheets
  • Lead or support quality investigations and root cause analysis
  • Follow through on corrective and preventive actions to resolution
  • Communicate findings with operators, supervisors, and management
  • Assist with startup quality checks and production line approvals
  • Document quality checks and non-conformance reports clearly and accurately
  • Ensure adherence to customer specs and internal standards
  • Promote a strong culture of quality and accountability on the production floor
Qualifications:
  • Previous quality or manufacturing experience required; corrugated industry a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of quality inspection tools and processes
  • Excellent communication skills across shifts and departments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge 
  • Detail oriented
