BelFlex Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturer in the Hebron, OH area. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in manufacturing with on-the-job training provided!

Shift & Pay:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday–Friday

  • Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Job Duties:

  • Operate machines and equipment to produce high-quality parts

  • Perform visual and mechanical quality checks using measurement tools

  • Load/unload materials and handle parts safely

  • Keep workstation clean and organized

  • Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Steel-toed shoes required

  • Resume required

  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
