Pay: $25
Shift
 Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm-3:00 am with overtime regularly scheduled on Fridays and rarely scheduled on Saturday

Description
BelFlex is seeking a 2nd shift Supervisor for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, with one of the highest quality custom dry ingredients blending companies in J-town, Ky. Working schedule Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 3:00 am, with OT on Fridays. Pay is $25.00/hour upon experience

Job Details and Duties
  • Routinely leads assistant supervisor and general workforce.
  •  Supervises the performance of the entire second shift production staff and supports department staff ensuring safe, efficient processing of product while meeting quantitative and qualitative standards for production output, health and safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), sanitation, product quality, and any related functions with general supervision, guidance, and instruction from Senior Management
Job Requirements
  • Oversees all production functions
  • Plans, assigns and directs work to the labor force
  • Monitors product quality issues and coordinates appropriate actions to ensure out-of-specification conditions are corrected and contained
  • Monitors personnel compliance to all HACCP critical control points (CCPs) and takes appropriate corrective actions
  • Monitors plant sanitation processes to ensure that the production equipment and environment meet required food processing standards
  • Monitors personnel practices for GMP compliance
  • Must be willing to train in 1st shift
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience  
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish is preferable   
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
