Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations, daily workflows, and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations while following work instructions.
- Conduct performance reviews, hiring, and initiate disciplinary action.
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
- Ensure products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and notify maintenance department of equipment problems.
- Ensure employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain 5S standards.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Proficient with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate when appropriate.
- 3-5 years manufacturing supervisory (Preferred)
- Proficient use of ERP, IQMS or MRP. (Preferred)
- Injection Molding experience (Preferred)
