Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience running HAAS lathes, HAAS mills, and manual chuckers. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where overtime is expected and often available.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills

Run and maintain manual chuckers for various projects

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

Monitor and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances

Make tool changes and program edits as needed

Maintain machine cleanliness and perform minor maintenance

Accurately document production activities and inspection results
Requirements:

Proven experience with CNC machining (HAAS equipment preferred)

Skilled in both CNC and manual lathe operation

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
