BelFlex Staffing Network has a Production Associates positions paying $19.00 per hour. in Vandalia, OH  2nd shift 3:30p-2:15a Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday.

Your responsibilities will be
• Perform pre-assembly operations
• Assemble parts
• Consult process specifications, routers, and drawings for instructions
• Cut leads and wrapping tape
• Set-up and run lead cutting machine

Our Requirements:
• Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
• Basic math skills and ruler measurements
• Interpret drawings and process specifications
• Work independently and stay focused
• International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Compliant
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
• Prioritize own work
• Complete and document inspections
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
•Pass drug testing and felony free background

Work Environment: Climate controlled
