BelFlex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Production Machine Operators to join a warehouse in Jeffersonville!

Second and third shift
Pay: $19/hour

Job Duties:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent operation.
  • Load raw materials into machines as needed for processing.
  • Conduct visual inspections and monitor product quality throughout the production run.
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment or production issues to the team lead.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain performance and quality.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized, adhering to housekeeping standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production and quality goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with machine operation or mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to load materials and make minor mechanical adjustments.
  • Understanding of inspection techniques and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and packaging procedures.
  • Steel toe or composite shoes
