Looking for a new opportunity in the manufacturing industry? BelFlex is hiring motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our team! No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment!

Position: Manufacturing Associate
Location: [Location]
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with potential overtime on Saturdays, usually 5 hours)

Pay: $18 per hour to start

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret work orders

  • Perform production procedures for each part

  • Ensure quality standards are met

  • Work efficiently and meet production targets

  • Follow detailed work instructions specific to production processes

  • Follow set-up instructions as assigned

  • Stop production and report to supervisor if there’s any uncertainty about a process

  • Adhere to company safety standards and practices

  • Report any safety concerns immediately

  • Complete daily time cards accurately

  • Maintain a good attendance record

  • Avoid wasting materials, tools, or equipment

  • Wear company-provided uniform

  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute suggestions to improve processes

  • Follow all directions from the supervisor

to work in a manufacturing environment!
