Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Retail Support
Location: Columbus, OH, Located off Morse Rd
Job Type: Full-Time – Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 7:30pm

Job Summary:
BelFlex is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support both warehouse and retail operations by unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, performing inventory audits, assisting customers, and processing transactions at checkout. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and safely move merchandise to appropriate staging or storage areas

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise in accordance with company guidelines

• Audit incoming merchandise to verify accuracy and report discrepancies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and retail areas

• Greet and assist customers with locating products and answering questions

• Operate the register and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently

• Monitor product quality and report damaged or defective items

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic computer and register operation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
