Production – 1st shift Florence KY

1st shift- 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

Pay rate- $23/hour

General Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the safety, quality, and housekeeping programs.
  • Complies with all plant rules and safety regulations.
  • Performs cleanup duties at equipment areas, workstations, etc.
  • Collaborates with team members and participates in team discussions to achieve goals.
  • Proactively makes suggestions/proposals to strive for continuous improvement of performance.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to perform various job roles within the manufacturing process as assigned.
  • Participates in the shipping, receiving, organizing, storing and issuing of merchandise and ensures shipments are prepared for delivery and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for quality control.
  • No damaged product is sent out stage finished product for loading.
  • Load finished product onto a truck.
  • Cleans warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
