Job Title: Procurement Analyst with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field AND 2+ years expierence in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

 

Position Summary
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory to ensure the organization receives quality products and services at the best value. This role involves supplier negotiations, purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to forecast demand and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, source, and purchase products/materials while maintaining quality and budget standards.

  • Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing.

  • Process requisitions, issue purchase orders, and monitor delivery status.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and procurement records.

  • Analyze market trends to guide purchasing strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and resolve supply chain issues.

  • Prepare reports, RFQs, and support competitive bidding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in inventory/supply chain systems and financial software.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
