Plant Operator

An environmental company is hiring a Plant Operator to join their team in the Riverport area of Louisville! This is a direct hire opportunity offering steady hours, full benefits, and long-term growth potential.

We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and keep operations running smoothly. If you’re escavator-certified or have chemical/waste experience — even better!

? What You’ll Do:

• Load/unload trucks

• Log weights and counts of all loads

• Operate pumps, valves, forklifts, and excavators

• Perform daily equipment inspections

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all plant safety procedures

? What You Bring:

• Forklift and/or warehouse experience (preferred)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely climb ladders/steps

• Strong attention to detail and safety
