OFFICE WORK IN A DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE?
YES…PLEASE!!!

This temp to hire position will process customer orders in WMS.
                                                                  

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating the customer compliance information 
  • Reviewing validity of order details
  • Coordinating with warehouse replenishment team
  • Reviewing validity of order details
  • Coordinating with warehouse replenishment team 
  • Coordination with carriers to schedule pick up
  • Preparing documents such as shipping labels and packing lists.
  • Complying with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices  

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION

  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Familiar with Manhattan Scale WMS experience a plus
  • Effective interpersonal skills; with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Familiar with Netsuite a plus
