Office Manager 

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay-60K-80K yearly 

Job Summary:
Belflex Staffing has partnered with one of best container companies in the Little Rock area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support plant leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functionality, manage clerical staff and resources, and act as a key liaison between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-office operations, including reception, scheduling, and supply inventory

  • Coordinate administrative support for plant management and other departments

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee communications

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

  • Assist in budget tracking and office expense management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
