Job Summary:
Belflex Staffing has partnered with one of best container companies in the Little Rock area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support plant leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functionality, manage clerical staff and resources, and act as a key liaison between departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-office operations, including reception, scheduling, and supply inventory

Coordinate administrative support for plant management and other departments

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and employee communications

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Assist in budget tracking and office expense management
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of office management or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
