Now Hiring: Soup Mixer & Weighing Operator – $15/hr – 1st Shift!

Location: Browns Summit, NC
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be hands-on with our soup production process—mixing, weighing, and preparing ingredients to create high-quality batches. Your role will include:

  • Weighing and prepping ingredients according to recipes

  • Operating the mixing machine and ensuring batches are made correctly

  • Staging, sealing, and labeling ingredients for processing

  • Cleaning and maintaining mixing/weighing areas and equipment

  • Transporting materials using a forklift or pallet jack (we’ll train you if needed!)

  • Performing general maintenance and assisting in packing when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing experience required (food processing experience is a plus!)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batch instructions

  • Team player with a great work ethic!
