Metal Forming Machine Operator
Erlanger KY 

Hours
  • Full time
  • First shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
  • Overtime, which could include Saturdays
 
Pay
  • $18-24/hour based off experience 

Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Inspect and document quality of all parts manufactured
  • Diagnose and correct basic machine problems
  • Perform daily maintenance
  • Keep machine and work area clean
  • Maintain good production numbers with minimal scrap
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements
  • High mechanical aptitude / mechanical background
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools
  • Able to do frequent bending, reaching and heavy lifting
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
  • Proven record of strong attendance
  • Team player
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Blueprint reading
  • Machine operation experience

Pluses
  • Quality measurement tool experience (mics, calipers, & gauges)
  • CNC technical schooling
  • Automotive mechanic background
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing machine shop
  • Mill and/or lathe experience
  • Machine operation experience
