Essential Functions & Duties
•Prepare, assemble, and clean temperature-controlled products to meet high quality standards and company specifications.
•Monitor inventory levels and ensure they are sufficient for production requirements, notifying team lead of any material shortage.
•Perform work in accordance with all safety rules and policies.
•Repair of failed or returned products.
•Accurate record keeping ensuring complete traceability.
•Excellent attendance.
•Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

•Good reading and writing skills.
•Good organizational skills and ability to be self-motivated.
•Good interpersonal skills; able to get along well with others.
•Strong mechanical aptitude.
•Ability to perform several tasks maintaining a fast pace.
•Must be able to use hand and power tools.
•Ability to follow instructions.
Education & Experience
•High school education or GED equivalent is required.
•1+ years’ experience in assembly operations.
•Prior experience using hand and power tools.
Physical Requirements
•Walking, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, grasping.
•Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time on concrete floor.
•Able to lift 20 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
Work Environment
•Plant environment, heat, some overtime during weekdays and weekends may be required.
