Manufacturing Operator – 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs) | $16.65/hr
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + 11% shift differential = $16.65/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sun-Thurs, 11 PM – 7 AM
Training: 1st Shift for 2-3 months before switching to 3rd shift. First shift pay during training.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate & Adjust Production Lines – You’ll ensure everything’s running smoothly and efficiently, keeping the production lines humming along.
- Quality Control – Perform regular checks to ensure top-quality products and document the results.
- Product Movement – Load and unload reels, and move materials between departments.
- Preventative Maintenance – Keep equipment in top shape to avoid downtime.
- Team Player – Work alongside a great team, operating pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials and keep things organized.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 44 lbs safely.
- Ready for a fast-paced, physically demanding job that involves standing and walking for long periods.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn!
