NOW HIRING – Manufacturing Associates
Location: Gahanna, OH
Pay: $16.40/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet production standards for assigned tasks

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety instructions and procedures

  • Ensure product quality throughout the production process

  • Notify supervisor when stepping away from the production line

  • Report waste or production issues promptly

  • Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with verbal and written instructions

  • Must be a team player and dependable

  • Must pass all safety training and follow safety protocols

Physical Demands:

  • Stand on feet for 8–12 hours

  • Regular use of hands and fingers

  • Able to bend, kneel, stoop, and climb

  • Lift up to 55 lbs as needed
