Belfex is currently looking for two candidates for the heavy side for a manufacturing company off of Alum creek. 
 
  1. We are looking for the ideal candidate to be cross trained in the cutoff and Auto TIG departments. This person has great attention to detail, physical strength and endurance, and the capability to form a plan to get their work done, with quality and efficiency.
  2. Bender – This person has some CNC knowledge, math skills, physical strength and endurance (lifting and bending tubes weighing up to 70 pounds for most of the shift) and the desire to seize an opportunity.

All production positions start at $18/hour and first increase is performance based at one year anniversary. 

Pay will start at $18, BUT at the time of offering full time employment (hours met), candidates at 100% efficiency will be hired at $19/hour! Additionally, at the one year anniversary, the qualified employee will be bumped to $20. Qualified means the employee has been trained and qualified in the two basic areas of the bender position.  This is a $2 an hour raise in less than a year and a half!
