BelFlex is partnered with a Global manufacturer of instrumentation for the process control and power generation markets has an excellent opportunity for a manual lathe machinist located in Florence, KY. 

Direct Hire Opportunity 
Pay Rate: $25.00 and up based on experience
First Shift Monday – Friday 7a-3:45p No overtime required. 


Manual Machinist Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints to determine what equipment and materials are necessary for the job
  • Follow the blueprints to create the appropriate tools and components
  • Operate your machines to grind, cut, and polish the materials
  • Finish projects using manual tools
  • Inspect and maintenance equipment to ensure they remain in good working order
Qualifications: 
  • Machining: 2 years (required)
The following is preferable, but not required: 2-5 years CNC or manual machinist experience with mills, drills, and/or lathes (or tech school training in machining)
  • Experience with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.

  • Proven record of good attendance
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Education:
  • High school diploma
