Belflex is partnered with a leading provider of Contract Packaging and Parts Fulfilment services with locations in Fairfield and West Chester, OH. They are looking to add full-time Maintenance Technicians to their teams. 
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Pay Range $32–$40
Maintenance Technician Level 2
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Level 2 to support packaging and automation equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance expertise, and the ability to train and support team members while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging, automation, and robotic equipment
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and produces quality products
  • Support equipment setups, trials, and customer visits
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Source parts and manage equipment for cost-effective operations
  • Train and mentor team members in technical skills
Qualifications:
Required:
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in packaging/manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation/robotics
Preferred:
  • Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience
  • Packaging systems expertise: flow wrappers, cartoners, conveyors, pallet wrappers, robotic palletizing
  • Robot programming and integration
  • Electrical troubleshooting (servos, drives, motors)
  • Printing technologies experience
Work Environment & Systems:
  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, AB/Rockwell software, robotics applications
