BelFlex Staffing Network is hiring Machine Operators for a top-tier distribution company in Maumelle. Let this be the career move that sets you up for long-term success!

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be involved from set-up and loading to running machinery efficiently. You’ll play a key part in keeping production smooth and steady in a clean, safety-focused environment. Machine Operators work 12-hour shifts with two breaks.

Position Details:

  • Clean, organized work environment

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Pay: $13.50 – $15.50 per hour

  • Job Type: Temp-to-perm opportunity

Job Requirements:

  • Must wear steel-toe shoes

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
